Called To Preach

If you feel you are called to preach, you need to do just that - PREACH!  

 

As I recall my first message - Age 4 on a pool table, in a cafe/bar to a group of hot tired cotton pickers on alcohol - I can only say - ANSWER THE CALL WITH OBEDIENCE.

As we are on a mission to plant 100 churches and fellowships, Get ready!!! - Let's get a revival, Bible Study, or home fellowship scheduled in your area.

As I commit to coming to you, weekly. bi-weekly, monthly or as the Lord directs, Trust me the spiritual wickedness in high places, are busy at keeping that from happening.

Since saying YES TO GOD in June 2010 - to plant these fellowships, I have seen:

  • My home foreclosed on twice 
  • My income totally stripped
  • My wife's income suddenly gone
  • My baby sister suddenly dying after a simple day surgery
  • Two tour buses incapacitated
  • All of our vehicles either lost or inoperable
  • Friends totally turn their back

There are so many things that I could list, and even complain about them, But I choose to trust and believe that just like Joseph, What the enemy tends for harm, God can and WILL turn to good. AMEN!

 My little sister surrendered her life to the Lord, about a week before she died.   AMEN!!!

God has provided meals and a roof for my family every single day......  AMEN!!!!

I have traveled more, and seen more decisions for Christ, than when I was employed full time in the oil field making, over $2000 a week... AMEN!!!

 I left home with $40 right before Thanksgiving in obedience to the Lord, headed for Ohio. Almost 3500 miles later, God provided every single need my family or I could have needed.  When I made it back home, I got back the day before our electric was to be disconnected, with just enough to pay that bill...... AMEN!!!!!!

 I could go on...  But for now, what do we need to do to get you on the OBEDIENT side of your calling?

I am Pastor General Smith, I now see that my obedience comes by helping you become obedient.  And the amazing and miraculous thing about our obedience is that PEOPLE WILL BE SAVED...  I want to see your family, your loved ones, your friends, and your enemies come to the knowledge of the saving power of the Lord Jesus Christ!
